Hi there! My name is Autumn. I'm a Registered Yoga Teacher and a nutritionist. 

I believe that you are the expert of your own body and that developing a healthy relationship with food and movement is all about learning how to tap into your own internal cues and trust yourself above all else. This means treating your body as your friend rather than your enemy and learning how to respect it rather than change it. My work is informed by Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating, and I focus on holistic, personalized wellness rather than weight loss. 

I love to go rock climbing, eat carbohydrates (I said it! The dreaded c-word!), meditate, dance, and make people laugh. I'm all about forming genuine connections and helping people develop relationships with eating and movement that work with their bodies rather than against them. I focus on progressing towards our goals while learning how to love ourselves exactly as we are.
